I’m Niven, I founded Neighbour in 2020 to redefine the way we approach moving homes. With a deep passion for real estate and a reputation for innovation, I set out to rewrite the rulebook and build an agency centred around our clients. Head of Property Portfolio Management
Introducing Shari, our property management lead and the driving force behind the team. His role covers everything from guiding the property management crew to overseeing maintenance jobs, making sure everything runs smoothly. A devoted family man, Shari spends much of his time with his wife and kids, and when he gets a moment to himself, you’ll often find him at the local cricket nets.
Valuation Manager
Meet James, our Valuation Manager expert and head of the Residential Sales division. With 15 years of experience, he handles everything from valuations and negotiations to progressing sales smoothly while keeping clients fully updated. Outside of work, Jamie’s world revolves around his three daughters, and he spends his spare time making memories, celebrating milestones, and enjoying their shared hobbies together.
